Summary

I am looking to surround myself with individuals who strive to not only be the best coach they can be, but the best leader on and off the field as well. During my involvement in sports, it’s clear there are two coaches: the “players” coach and the “wins” coach. Everyone likes to win, but as coaches, we need to make sure that while we prepare our players to be just as strong and resilient off the field as they are on the field. My goal is to build the athlete to perform on the field and guide the individual to succeed in all other aspects of life.
