Christopher DeCheser is a 24 year old musician and sound engineer from Mendham, NJ. He started his musical career at the age of 10 by learning the guitar. One of the biggest impacts on Chris's life was when he attended The Original Music School in Morristown, NJ. There he learned how to write music, play with other musicians, incorporate himself in a band environment, and record the music he was making. Since then, Chris can play multiple instruments, play with other musicians, write music, and record music and manage DAWs. He began his career in music by starting music lessons in late 2017. He started by teaching a few clients how to play guitar, but over the years he started teaching drums, bass, piano, ukulele, song writing, and music recording.
After highschool, Chris started recording local bands that he knew as practice. He built and sound treated a room in his basement and used his time with artists and bands as a learning experience. After every session he learned what he did wrong and right and shaped his studio to run sessions more efficiently. He attended County College of Morris in 2018 to study music recording and graduated in 2021 with an associates degree. He transferred to William Paterson University shortly after and is currently there studying Sound Engineering and Pop Music.
