I am a very motivated, sincere person that enjoys making people happy. I have 15 years experience as a bartender and was server for 12 years before that. I am never late and have called in sick two or three times my whole life. I am a non smoker and do not use drugs. Outback Steakhouse was my first job on Maui and we built that into a highly profitable business in Kahana. I learned a lot about being consistent with everything and getting along well with many different people.
I am working at Tantes Fish Market as a bartender, its very busy with the boats coming and going all day. The bar is great, the view is great and my guests love the food.
I was hired as a server, but was soon asked to bartend. I accepted and was promoted to head bartender trainer and was put in charge of ordering all the alcohol for the store.
