Returned to General Motors as a Master Certified Technician, continuing to diagnose and repair all vehicles at all levels while training to achieve "World Class" status.

  • Moved to Myrtle Beach!!!
  • Hired as a Master Technician specializing in diagnosis and high quality repair of all Toyota models.
  • Acquired ASE L1, Advanced Engine Performance.
  • Continued training becoming a Toyota Master Diagnostic technician, Toyota’s highest technical level.
  • Within a month, was promoted to Team Lead, involved in overseeing all diagnostics and repairs as well as training select entry level technicians.
  • Became first technician certified to repair new Toyota Supra GT.

  • Continued training with focus on Toyota brand.
  • Re-wrote processing procedure for pre-owned vehicles, reducing costs and increasing production and quality of vehicles sold.
  • Promoted to Lead Tech/Supervisor, involved in overseeing all diagnostics and repairs of internal vehicles, eliminating the need to “export” trouble cars for repair, thus retaining all profit “in-house”.
  • Grew internal team from 3 technicians to 6 Toyota Certified technicians, allowing sales to buy more vehicles and shatter previous sales records monthly while maintaining nearly immaculate C.S.I status.
