  • Toledo, Ohio - Ranked as one of America's fastest growing churches at 10,000 in attendance every weekend and 5 locations.
  • After completing my internship at Cedar Creek Church I was asked to step into the Director of Junior High Ministries at the Toledo Satellite campus.
  • By developing close relationships with our High School students I was able to increase the attendance at Sunday night High School service from 20 to 50 students in the course of six weeks. Without the building of relationships and casting vision of what God can do with their lives and, of course, the moving of the Holy Spirit, this growth would not have happened.
  • Have planned, coordinated and executed several large Student Ministry events. Some of the events included a super bowl party, end of the year celebration and Junior High summer camp. By planning these events it helps the leaders get to know students in a more relaxed setting and allows students to invite friends to Church to show them how fun Jesus can be.
  • Developed an experience team consisting of students who would create the best experience for every student from the time they walk into service till the time they leave. I believe it is important to get students involved in the planning of services because they know best what students want.
  • Created a group for High School students where we hang out once a week doing a Bible Study and living life together. This helps me build relationships with my students and really understand what their passions are for life.
