•Inspected unit parts to identify damages including dents, rough edges, rust, and unacceptable marring.

Removed damages by pulling or hammering out dents. Grind and sand all rough edges. Remove all rust.

•Once the part is free from damage it is sent over to the other side to be prepped for painting.

•All areas not to be painted are to be double checked for any damages such scratches and gouges that will show up after painting.

•Each part is washed and dried before being taped off.

•Part is to be taped off.

•Part can now be painted

•Paint part, let dry

•Inspect for any imperfections

•If there are imperfections they are to be fixed and readied to be repainted

•After part has been completed of the painting process it is moved over to shipping and receiving
