Helped to lead fabrication to success with refining process , measurement corrections, and over all techniques to streamline the process. Performed numerous repairs on welding machines, plasma table, and other shop equipment. Performed proof of concept fabrication for custom builds. Completed above average daily production while maintaining aesthetic welds.

• Repaired various parts from diesel engines using TIG (GTAW).
• Fabricated numerous machines dealing with the cleaning process of Diesel engine filters with stainless and carbon steel using a Sheer, Press Brake, Plasma Cutter, Machine Punch, Angle grinder, and MIG and TIG Welding Process.
• Fabricated multiple water storage tanks.
• Improved template design used for a crucial part of a DPF cleaning Machine
• Helped to turn previously designed machines into CAD drawings.

• Fabricated Doors ,Gates, Railings, Fences, and worked on multiple art-pieces using Radius Rollers, Chop Saws, acetylene torch, belt sanders, angle grinders, and MIG Welding Process.
• Was able to change the design last minute for an automatic rolling gate to improve the function and ascetics on a high profile job which saved both time and money.

• Collected, Accounted, and Deposited rent monthly from over 88 doors.
• Frequently met with Onsite managers, Tenants, Construction Vendors, City representatives, Utility Company, Police, and court officals operating day to day business.
• Repaired multiple issues ranging from plumbing and electrical to tenant disagreements.
