Summary

I have been coaching from the youth level to the high school level in all different kinds of roles from position coaches on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball as well as i have been both an offensive and defensive coordinator. I was also a head coach for a team for nearly 12 seasons. I feel what separates me from other coaches is my willingness to interact and grow with kids. As well as letting them know and understand that i believe in their abilities and believe in them on and off the field. I strongly believe in leading by example and prioritizing my coaches and I on being roles models for our student athletes. I want to help our student athletes view sports as not just a hobby but as a way out and a place in which they can grow and become better people. I believe one of my core values of team building is belief in each other and operating as one unit no matter the circumstance and supporting each other through good times and bad. As well as instilling the idea that no matter how many times you get knocked down you get back up. I believe in teaching the basics and fundamentals in sports and working hard to accomplish the goals we wish to achieve. I dont believe sports is where it stops for these young people, I want to help in the development of turning young men and women into becoming the best people they can be and helping them achieve the goals they want in life.
