  • I sold Re-Estate for Remax working with buyers and sellers. Walking my clients through the complex environment of Real Estate. First time home buyers appreciated the explanation of the financial side, what their mortgage company expects. What the Title Company's rule plays in the purchase of a home. Detailed explanation of the many Real Estate contracts and what every paragraph means and why it is important. Negotiating the price of the house and negotiating the desired needs of the buyer during the inspection process, can create a source of stress and anxiety.
  • Selling a house comes with the same responsibility , but add marketing the property and getting as many eyes on the house as possible. Making sure the price was researched through comparable properties in the neighborhood and showing the house in it's best condition.

  • Carpenter's job at Shields to complete the commercial fit out was to read the blueprints, measure & layout the desired walls, soffits, kitchen, etc. Build the space with metal studs, drywall, Install the acoustic ceiling, install door frames, hang doors and hardware, and install cabinetry.
  • Working closely with a variety of sub contractors to support them to finish their task with flooring, paint, AC, fire safety equipment, etc. and to satisfy the Township's permit regulations on the completion date.
  • The final step was to clean up and complete the Architect/Clients punch list.
