I was responsible for daily motel maintenance such as swimming pool cleaning and chemical monitoring. Sinks, toilets, air conditioners. I was in charge of all ordering and managing inventory. Pressure washing,Painting rooms, exterior paint, Handrails. I was responsible for routine inspections of the property for various problems and pests. I heat treated and poisoned rooms for bed bugs and Roaches.I was responsible for working with our staff to address any guest maintenance requests promptly. I fully remodeled the property over the last year.

I worked for a company that owned five hotels. The company had me travel across Oregon and Washington working in all of them. I prefer to remodel hotels when I am head maintenance,as I like to see the property improve while im there. I enjoy vinyl flooring, redoing and maintaining swimming pools and taking pride in the way my pool looks. I am good at plumbing and electrical, I have full confidence in my abilities and enjoy learning new things because that's what keeps me interested.
