Key Responsibilities: As site lead, oversee site team task assignments, scheduling, field service outages planning and preparation. Ensured all safety admin was current and accurate. Oversaw site team parts inventory to include parts ordering and tracking. Responsible for communication and coordination with mill management and maintenance teams.

• Maintain and troubleshoot ABB QCS hardware and software, including sensors, electrical/mechanical components, and control software.
• Serve as a trusted contact for customer inquiries, helping resolve service issues and strengthening client relationships.
• Support emergency service requests on a 24/7 rotation basis.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to new installations and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety and HSE policies in all operations.

Required a high degree of physical strength, coordination, endurance, and proficiency with a large number of tools and motorized equipment.
