I have spent the majority of my career in the trades field. Welding fabricating, building, and most recently furthering my career by moving into management the metals industry has been a journey. With having worked up the ladder and not forgetting what it is like to work on the shop floor or in the field, it gives me a unique perspective and ways of interacting with teams. No matter if it sharing my knowledge with a new team member, or being in meetings with peers collaborating, planning, growing. I would like to be able to share gained skills with your team.
