The Landings is a 1700 member bundled community. The Golf department consists of a par 58 Executive Golf Course, full practice facility and Cart Barn with club and Cart storage.

> Hired as a part time counter person, quickly advanced to full time followed by promotion to Assistant Golf Professional.

>Took over department operations during two Head Professional hiring processes. Five Months total

> Oversaw and Coordinated Four Member Leagues. To include all scheduling, planing, Building and executing 1 weekly event Per League.

> Assisted in Planing Scheduling Building and conducting all major Member Events. Club Championships, Pro Am, Ryder Cup, Bushwood Bash, Night Golf and others.

> Attended and completed USGTF Golf Teaching School, License #10816.

> Re-imagined a Weekly fun event (Sunday Scramble) emphasizing good spirited play and a welcoming environment for new members. This resulted in an increase in participation and new member connections.

> Conducted individual and Clinic Lessons building a wider and more diverse playing population as well as developing a consistent core lesson group.

> Involved in all aspects of supervising, training, developing and scheduling 15 to 20 associates.

> Worked with the Director of Golf to manage inventory all aspects of merchandise and operations inventories.

> Maintained all daily operation records accurately to ensure smooth and consistent operations.

> September 2008 - January 2009. Recovery and rehab from injury received while on Active Duty.

> January 2009 - November 2013, Three positions.

> Hall Chevrolet. Sales of new and used cars. Salesmen of the month for 7 consecutive months.

> Original Mattress factory Production Manager. Oversaw production of two hundred plus Mattresses and Box springs daily, i compliance with all OSHA safety standards.

> API Parking Services. Contract Supervisor/Liaison at Autonation Toyota. Managed all aspect of the Valet contract for the maintenance department. Supervised a crew of 25 Valets.

Served in both The Navy and Coast Guard. Primary concentration in Law Enforcement. Specialize in Tactical Operations as a Team Leader for Counter Narcotics and Migrant interdiction. Certified instructor for Leadership School, weapons handling and use, Unarmed defensive Tactics and intermediate weapons, Federal and international law in Jurisdiction and Use of Force. Honorably retired on September 1 2008. DD214 available.
