Addressed customer inquiries and resolved complaints. Responsible for the continuous training and development of associates. Ensure sales associates have the necessary training, knowledge and customer engagement skills to achieve sales goals.

• Responsible for overseeing the delivery department and setting up day to day routes. Worked with all departments to ensure that all customer deliveries were made each day. • Responsibility was to manage and control the assets of Hibbett Sporting Goods managing the designated store. Directed the entire sales effort in the store. Acquainted with all aspects of the store including sales statistics, inventory and expenses that together produce profit. Consulted and teamed with the District Sales Manager as needed in establishing and enforcing policies, goals and procedures. Directed staff to ensure all responsibilities and standards in each department were completed. Responsible for store personnel recruiting, hiring, training, discipline and evaluation.
