Oversaw at peak season 20 employees of general warehouse functions. During this time I was part of the hire and layoff process, and yearly employee review meeting for each employee. Functions include supervisor of selection of orders, receiving, And Shipping small package up to LTL skids including overseas shipments. Familiar with LTL-FedEx-UPS-USPS program matrix along with customs paperwork. Also over overseeing the packing process to limit damage claims( packing various sized and weights). In charge of all inventory adjustments damages, shortages, mis slotting. Medical card certified to drive company box truck (Class B certified) sit down and stand up Forklift and power jack certified. Most recently worked side by side with management on maximizing throughput of package selection and package shipping. Also filled the position of Warehouse manager for 10 months due to the previous manager having to leave for medical reasons. Current daily tasks include, scheduling time off, transfer and production reports daily, quality control, processing returns, inventory control, order editing and entry, receiving and shipping of goods, forklift inspections daily, scheduling and attendance any building related repairs, and weekly attendance reports to HR.
