I am currently working at Snead State Community College part time for their IT department. I work with the help desk system. I have run network wires, am proficient at making cables and, setting up offices, imaging new/old computers replacing computers, working with switches and routers. I have replaced hardware that needs replacing in computers. I also work on printers and scanners/ installing them, installing software, troubleshooting issues. Objective: I am a hard worker and dedicated to completing whatever I work on. I enjoy troubleshooting, tracking down problem areas until I find the solution. Since being a freshman in high school, I have always enjoyed working with computer hardware, software and networks. Early on, I signed up for as many computer classes as I could take.
