EFFECTIVE MANAGER. Supervised 13 sailors in the repair of 2,634 Aircraft Armament System assets and 30 aircraft gun systems. Resulting in a 97 percent ready-for-issue rate and a 14 percent reduction of workcenter backlog.
DETAIL ORIENTED. His attention to detail while managing the AAS program resulted in a grade of 98 percent during the 2020 Commander, Naval Air Forces Maintenance Program Assessment. Led the production efforts of 32 Sailors assigned to the Navy's Largest Fleet Readiness Center in the completion of 11,580 maintenance actions on 8,637 Aircraft Armament System components. His superb efforts directly contributed to a 99.3 percent repair rate and a 33.1 percent reduction of backlog items within the Buffer management Tool.
PROACTIVE MANAGER. Coordinated extensive inventories of 4,486 assets of AAS and single hoist ordnance loading system gear valued at 4.3 million, ensuring 100 percent accountability.

RECOGNIZED EXPERT. As Quality Assurance / Safety Observer (QA/SO), he effectively led 27 Sailors through numerous ammunition onloads and offloads ensuring the safe handling , stowage , and fleet fleet sentencing of over 173 tons of conventional ordnance worth over 70 million dollars.
PROACTIVE WORKCENTER SUPERVISOR. Assisted 17 personnel in the completion of 2,871 3M maintenance actions consisting of 2,920 pieces of equipment to include six magazine sprinkler groups. HIs efforts contributed to a grade of 87 percent on the Administrative Effective Review and 91 percent on the Current Ship Maintenance Project review for the 3M Afloat Training Group 1.3 inspection.
