I will strive to make efforts work efficiently and strive to correct any downfalls we as a group have in a way that promotes a positive outlook in what we do as an individual and a group. I believe that there is never just one person that can make a difference it needs to be a team effort and there is always someway around struggles in life and work that can be resolved if there is communication and team work.

  • Performed work according to project schedules and high quality standards.
  • Lead and assisted with engineering changes that are required for production and customer needs.
  • Reviewed technical drawings(designs) rebuild models and made designs if needed for Engineering examples for suggested changes.

  • Started Vermeer career in the paint and assembly area in Plant 3. Built Chippers and trencher's and loaded and unloaded paint line.
  • Worked in machine shop ran number machines(shear, punch press, drill, flame cut)
  • Worked in Engineering for one year helping with the development of the P-185 and 125 series plow track tractors.
  • Was Group Lead for paint for 2 years in plant 3 before down turn.
  • Worked in plant 5 and plant 2 as well in paint areas as a painter.
