• I circulated a variety of surgical specialties including Ortho, Spine, General Surgery with emphasis on Laparoscopic Bariatric surgery. Also Pain management, podiatry, and urology. For the last 4 years I was the GI and GYN service lead.
• In GI , I circulated EGD and colonoscopies as well as endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP procedures, and cryotherapy
• In GYN, I circulated laparoscopic procedures and hysteroscopies using Myosure and Novasure procedures.
• I contacted and coordinated specialty representatives and investigated the doctors needs on new technologies available to the specialties.
• Developed team communications and information for Employer of Choice Council meetings.
• Devoted special emphasis to punctuality and worked to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately.

• Oversaw daily functions of the clinic and the Surgery center.
• Obtain histories from the patients, schedule needed and ordered diagnostic testing, schedules surgeries as well as History and physicals for the patients, perform patient teaching and guidance in preparation for procedures, and secure post-operative care though home health nursing services and nursing services with-in the clinic.
• Oversaw supply inventory and ordering for the clinic.
• Monitored and inspected staff processes to eliminate hazards posed for both residents and staff while ensuring continuous compliance with regulations.
• Provided patients and employees with information on various immunizations including flu, Hepatitis and HPV vaccines.
• Collaborated with office manager to maintain daily operations.
