FERMENTATION

• Clean and sterilize tanks, inflow pipes, and production areas

MATURATION

• Locating the correct cellar, opening the yeast drop manifold to the correct quad, opening the correct valves and starting the yeast pumps
• Perform yeast pushing duties, including: cleaning and sterilizing tanks, inflow pipes and production areas
• Use valves to start, stop and regulate the flow of beer, yeast and other materials
• Apply understanding of world class manufacturing concepts of 5S, focused improvement and visual performance measures
• Contribute to the workplace by performing tasks in accordance with OSHA, LOTOTO safety rules, codes, policies and regulations, and confined space entry policies

PACKAGING

• Unloaded boxes from pallet lift, loading specific box types on packers 24, 30 and 36
• Packed boxes for cans. Fixed jams for upside down and knocked over cans
• Locked out packer according to maintenance windows
• Adjusted & lubed all parts of the Jones Maxim Machine
• Contributed to workplace by performing tasks in accordance with OSHA, and LOTOTO safety rules, codes and regulations.
  

LIDFEED

• Threw lids for cans, can cuts and lid cuts
• Startup and shut down regular dummy plugs
• Completed easy checks on computer every hour to track each pallet
• Cleaned tables, packer and filler after shut down with caustic and pop gun under the table for CIP 9/10 can line

• Sales and Marketing
• Cleaned kegs, fermenter, kettle, bright tank and mash tun
• Cleaned and organized keg cooler
• Assisted the brewer during craft beer production; e.g. adding mash, dry hops, biofine, adjusting temperatures of bright tank and adding CO2 to the beer, per the instructions of the brewer
• Assisted in the canning and kegging of the beer
• Cleaned and sanitized brewery facility
• Catered and worked events (Parties and Beer Festivals)
• Helped set up and breakdown all items and equipment used during food and beer festivals
• Delivered kegs and food to catering events

• Moved carts from the parking lot to the warehouse

• Helped the front end as needed with labeling products, rotating stock and fronted merchandise for an appealing display
