Duties include:

• DP subject-group collaborative planning, unit planning, and curriculum review.

• Taught MYP I&S and currently DP History and TOK.

• Clinical mentor for staff completing their practicum.

• Planned and ran weekly collaborative planning sessions for all MYP & DP subject-area groups.
• Supervised the Service as Action, Personal Project, Extended Essay and CAS coordinators.
• Planned, delivered, and evaluated MYP & DP internal and external professional development.
• Led staff orientation for the MYP & DP programme.
• Created and delivered 10-12 parent workshops per academic year.
• Oversaw and evaluated all MYP & DP unit planning.
• Facilitated curriculum reviews and created subject group overviews for the MYP & DP.
• Chaired and served on Strategic Planning and CIS accreditation teams.

• Led the successful IB MYP authorization process and assisted the successful IB DP authorization process.
• Oversaw and evaluated all MYP unit planning.
• Planned and/or delivered all staff PD for MYP and DP.
• Provided weekly collaborative planning sessions for all MYP faculty subject-area groups.
• Chaired Policy Development teams.
• Taught IB MYP Language & Literature and IB DP History.

• Led full-faculty PK-12 in-service intercultural trainings and MS student intercultural simulations.
• Developed and implemented the Thai Ministry of Education Thai Language and Culture Certification program for foreign staff licensure.
