For 7 years I was the Plant manager and Batcher at the Mills River and Brevard Southern Concrete Plant. Prior to that most of my working career has been in residential construction, framing and trim carpentry along with this I have also worked as a tree climber. I am hard working, dependable person that pays attention to detail and has always had great attendance, communication and team work skills. My ACI and Batch certification has just recently expired. I would like to go back and get my ACI reinstated along with any other classes that could help me advance within a company.

- Responsible for correctly loading residential, commercial and state concrete with correct paperwork.
- Checking air percentage on all state loads before the truck leaves the property.
- Keep daily report of air checks on residential and commercial mixes [minimum 2 per day].
- Keeping cement, flyash, admixtures and all aggregates inventory levels full for high production.
- Make sure truck drivers have good directions to job to minimize travel time.
- Make sure plant and loader are greased on weekly basis.
