  • Execute reduction, placement, and reductions in assigned programs
  • Scan all Extensions and Retention Enlistment Bonuses to send to Records Branch to be input to be put in the Service member's IPERMS
  • Practice merit system principles and selection criteria to help promote a culture of inclusion, productivity, and team building/morale
  • Process MOSQ packets for eligible service members and inform management on potential special program recruitments and retention incentive programs.
