Process and reconcile the automated data transactions generated and/or created from RPAM and enter required service into IPPSA based on RPAM
Perform periodic Quality Assurance process to ensure data contained in RPAM and IPPSA
Coordinate with all 54 states and territories and other service branches for Retirement Point statements as needed
Publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly RPAM and/ or IPPSA updates and reports

Scan all Extensions and Retention Enlistment Bonuses to send to Records Branch to be input to be put in the Service member's IPERMS
Practice merit system principles and selection criteria to help promote a culture of inclusion, productivity, and team building/morale
Process MOSQ packets for eligible service members and inform management on potential special program recruitments and retention incentive programs.
