- In 2002 I started working as a CNA, I assisted with meals, bathing, ADL care, and day to day living for patients
- After several years I worked at nurse’s station and assigned duties to CNA’s and ensured they were followed through
- In 2011, I became a CMA, I passed medications on a daily basis
- I was chosen to monthly check eMAR;s for orders for accuracy
- In 2016 I became dietary manager and later in 2018 I received my CDM
- I have managed and maintained adequate supplies, meal prepped, budgeting, sanitation, work schedules, tray card system, mechanically altered diets, menus, spreadsheets, MDS, care plans and etc.
- In 2021, I added in Social Service Director working on MDS, care planning, discharge planning, psychotropic medications, behavioral program, grievances, and many other duties.
- In 2023, I added Regional Social Service Director, helping with 7 other buildings in our region to check for accuracy and assist with their questions on daily basis
