Developed and presented dance curriculum formats for physical education/classroom teachers nationwide, staying informed on trends to provide the most up-to-date information. Curriculum dance styles included social dances (line dancing, multicultural dances, hip hop, Latin dancing, square dancing, etc), and appropriate music selections.

Presenter at schools throughout the United States, sharing the wellness benefits of dance physically, socially, mentally, and emotionally by engaging students in an interactive dance assembly. All schools require a thorough background check.

Designed entire conventions including selecting a variety of dance teachers for classes and tailored classes to fit participants' age and skill level. Oversaw all aspects, including sound and AV equipment.

Owned and operated Class Acts Dance Academy in Spokane, WA, for ten years. Designed the curriculum and provided weekly training for a staff of 10. Successfully managed all aspects of operations, including budgeting, marketing, class scheduling, and overall management. Produced and directed annual recitals and organized performances for 300+ students at various community events.
