- Create, monitor, and update a detailed project plan for American Housing Survey (AHS) and Current Population Survey (CPS) data collection project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of AHS/CPS projects, including recruitment/assignment of personnel.
- Review and approve the AHS/CPS project scope definition. Coordinate development and approval of the business and technical requirements.
- Provide organization and strategic direction to a team of 450 field staff and responsible for the project development, budget and schedule. Establish goals, negotiate project commitments and develops project plans for the work progress in 8 states

- Enhancement of data extraction process from ORACLE database (ROSCO) and other sources by developing a clear, well-documented (SQL) code base to automate the extraction process
- Manage the daily operational activities of the IT Department that supports a staff size of 2300 employees over 8 states (IL, IN, MI, MO, AR, WI, MN and IA).
