Managed 2 separate projects while delivering both clients with satisfactory service and quality of work my responsibilities are subject but not limited to

· Permitting and document control – Obtained permits in a timely fashion and maintained a log for all contract documents.

· contract buy outs and scopes of work – performed due diligence with plan review and specs to ensure no scope gaps

· submittals, RFI’s and procurement – verified that each sub contractor provided submittals per specifications and ordered materials in a timely fashion

· scheduled and conducted weekly coordination meetings with sub contractors to ensure

· QA/QC and safety

· project management, organization, maintaining daily logs, RFI’s, reading blueprints, scheduling contractors and scheduling inspectors

· Coordinated all inspections necessary for early close out and received certification of occupancy prior to school start date

· Successfully managed the complex phasing and job site logistics associated with a tight building footprint and conditions to complete the project on schedule

· Proactively worked with School board, design team and subcontractors to identify and resolve design issues before they impacted the project

· Consistently reviewed the subcontractors work to make sure that it conforms to the School district building codes, contract design specifications and expected level of quality and project schedule

Successfully overturned Piper High School from what looked to be a behind project upon my hire to successfully completing it 2 weeks ahead of schedule

· Responsibilities include overall construction oversight of areas such as: foundation, framing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler systems, drywall, stucco, cabinetry, and interior/exterior finishes

· Review engineering designs, drawings, blueprints and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions

· Determine priorities and coordinate activities within the construction site with subcontractors and others including School building department and architect representatives

· Implemented contractor safety plans in compliance with OSHA standards, Resulting in perfect safety record amongst project employees

· Lead weekly production and safety meetings to facilitate communication between trades

· Prioritize and subsequently delegated tasks to a crew of 33 while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards

Generate the primary two week look ahead schedules and weekly update while establishing work execution for each phase of the project
