Summary
As a new immigrant from China, I don’t have a deep understanding of American culture and so on. However, because of its relatively free and democratic environment, I hope to live here for a long time. Therefore, I strongly hope to understand the various thoughts and behaviors of Americans. Based on my previous work and life experience, I first have the patience to do these things. At the same time, my previous experiences have also made me think positively and strive to integrate into this society as soon as possible.
However, due to language barriers, I was unable to express my thoughts accurately. Therefore, I accept to start from the most basic work. While practicing the language, I can also get in touch with other people to understand their thoughts, and then, in my future career, I can become a qualified manager.
In order to learn the language, I watched a lot of English videos. However, in real life, I think the language used is still very different which is why I urgently want to find a job to improve my language skills。
If I progress according to the plan in a down-to-earth manner, I believe I can overcome the language problem within half a year. Furthermore, through my own thinking and observations of the surrounding environment, I'm able to help create a better community within the company.

If it is due to a problem with the equipment itself, I provided maintenance services in a timely manner and at the same time, report the equipment problems to the headquarters.
