I am knowledgeable and versatile in the positions I take head on. I have a great work ethic and am very well rounded when it comes to the Hospitality Industry and Customer Care. I have the ability to work in a fast paced environment that is high taxing and come out of it optimistic and confident that I did my best to get through the situation. I engage in constant compassion no matter the situation to help render a situation to something more understandable and reasonable for both parties involved. The only thing I have trouble fairing with is confrontation, but I am not strayed from it avoiding the issue, I will focus on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Server Shift Leader

  • After World of Beer closed in Fort Myers I returned working at Texas Roadhouse in the Front of House as a Server and eventually moved up as a Shift Lead.
  • I oversaw daily operations of my coworkers, delegated nightly tasks, and trained new coworkers during the night shift.
  • Maintained professionalism and guest satisfaction during slow and peak hours of the shift, speaking with the volume over a 100+ guest that day.
  • Ability to work 10-14 hour shifts.
  • Knowledgeable with the menu to help with dietary restrictions and allergies. Relaying to the kitchen in a timely manner to prevent cross contamination that could cause an allergy.
  • Provided support to my team, from back of house chefs and front of house, servers and bartenders.
  • Oversaw nightly closing procedures and task to help maintain cleanliness standards and helping to keep those standards.
  • Assisted the managers by picking up extra tables and side work when we were short staffed.
