• Prepare and serve meals with balanced nutrition, ensuring food
safety for 2-year old’s peanut allergy, while being trained on
emergency response
• Organize fun and educational games, read storybooks that
increased children’s interest in story time, and plan outdoor
activities such as walking to the local playground and park
• Perform light housekeeping duties and run errands, including
grocery shopping that saved parents 10 hours weekly from daily
chores
• Create and maintain healthy sleeping, medicine and behavioral
habits
• Meet with parents on a weekly basis to discuss plans for
following weeks, as well as other issues
• Organize all international travel logistics for a team of 7 missionary students for 2 months in multiple countries
• Coordinate and organize local ministries/ events in foreign countries, such as school assemblies, volunteer in medical facilities, orphanage s, and refugee campsites
• Schedule and facilitate Skype and conference calls with global organization leaders and/or their contacts
• Construct a monthly living expense budget, accounting for currency conversion and all spending receipts; also handling multiple forms of foreign currency and all money exchanges
• Facilitate daily and weekly meetings as a group or individually with students to maintain healthy morale, discuss goals for following weeks, as well as other issues
• Group travel coordination: purchase plane tickets, file for foreign visas and passports, create itineraries
• Research then attain exit/ entry letters and immunizations for multiple different countries
