• As a café attendant at Friendship Village, I ensured that elderly residents had everything they needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while creating a welcoming and friendly dining environment. I assisted with small requests, such as providing silverware and other dining essentials, restocked the community store with groceries like milk, eggs, and snacks, and maintained a clean and organized space by bussing tables for incoming residents. Additionally, I took food orders, served meals, and helped foster a positive dining experience for all residents.

As a Facility Operations Team Member, I played a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. I ensured that the locker rooms and club spaces met Life Time’s high standards by regularly cleaning, restocking supplies, and performing daily maintenance tasks. My responsibilities included washing, folding, and stocking towels, keeping locker rooms neat and organized, and assisting members with locker access. Additionally, I provided excellent customer service by greeting members, answering inquiries about Life Time’s products and services, and fostering a friendly, community focused atmosphere within the club.
