With experience in teamwork not only in a demanding work environment, but in sports as well, I feel that I have grown to build strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. I have also learned to communicate efficiently and effectively with my peers and managers, in order to produce the best possible product for the customer. Remaining organized and reliable can not only be proven useful and beneficial to any work environment, but I also find that I take pride in being this type of employee. Working with those around me in order to accomplish a common goal/task is something that I really enjoy, and I find that it holds me accountable and gives me a sense of responsibility. In my previous work experience, I was able to build strong relationships with both my coworkers as well as the customers. Since Spinato's is a family-based industry, I have been able to recognize the importance in valuing the input of those around me, and I look forward to integrating these traits into my future workplace.
