At Orthofi, I have had the pleasure of starting on the patient team, working as a liaison between the practice and patients to resolve payment plan issues and to assist with getting their orthodontic insurance applied to treatment.

I am now a part of the practice team, where I help the practice staff get better use of the Orthofis system and help them troubleshoot system errors, perform payment plan adjustments, and claim corrections.

• I assisted doctor in various procedures, managed a team of fellow coworkers, followed regulations and set new standards
• I managed the financial records, accounts receivable, billing and helped patients with all aspects of treatment
• I took all patient records and notes
• During my 10 years here I used Ortho Tops daily, clinically and administratively
• I always take initiative when it came to daily tasks and/or problem solving
