I checked in drivers, and their returns from their routes, using SWMS. (a computer application that sysco used)

As the drivers came in, I would grab their route report from the printer, and check with the driver, to make sure that the product they brought back, matched the report.

I worked with driver manifests to make sure customers received accurate and correct credit for any product they sent back to the warehouse. As I checked in the product, I sorted it onto pallets (freezer, cooler, dry), and then, using an electric pallet jack, I moved those pallets to the designated area, to be put back into stock.

I worked with my inventory control team to re-box, and save as much damaged product, throughout the warehouse, as we could.

I learned how to run the miniloader, which is a huge machine that logs, and puts into stock any smaller items, like seasonings or teas,

I Learned how to operate two different kinds of Forklifts, Crown and Raymond. Although, I never got my certification. I am ready to willing to be certified for that, when nesessary.

When I started at Hackney, I was a cigarette picker/packer.

Within 3 months, I had picked in candy, cigs, "3s", chemicals, and dry, cooler, freezer. I became the warehouse floater. My supervisor would move me around, as needed, to keep everyone caught up for that shift.

I learned how to run the line sorter, which is a huge conveyor belt system that sent all of our picked product, to the correct trucks, for shipment.

I also ran the cigarette stamper machine.

I started out just painting customer homes.

After i mastered my painting skills, I ended up running my own crew.

And from that, I became the manager for G&S painting.

My duties consisted of finding good work for my crews, gathering and bringing supplies to employees who needed them while on a job site, handling schedules and payroll, and making sure our customers were always satisfied.
