Experienced Technical Recruiter with a drive to build relationships with my hiring managers and candidates. I pride myself on digging deep into the needs of the team, more than a list of tech stacks. It's easy to let hiring become transactional, that's not my style. Candidates appreciate my transparency and consistent updates(I don't ghost). I'm able to handle ambiguity, rapid growth, and can provide HRBP insight in technical organizations. Project Management and Process Improvement are my passions. I'm a builder at heart. My luck has not been great when it comes to lay offs, happy to explain my transitions in an interview. As for my current situation, I took some time after my contract ended to help my Mom through some medical issues. Now I'm searching for my long-term home where I can build and grow for many years.
