• I greet my patients as they arrive for surgical procedures.
• I get heights,weights and vital signs.
• I make them feel safe and cared for.
• I turn on movies, get toys and help them feel comfortable

- helping patients with ADLS after their lives were changed with a spinal cord injury,stroke or brain injury.

- Taught basic life skills to get them back to living independently.

- incorporated their likes and interests to motivate them.

• Working with heart patients, with newly placed LVADS or new hearts.
• I would help with ADLS , walk , bathe ,getting vitals and cares.
• Getting to know the patients and their families was rewarding. Thee patients would spend months with us.
