My duties range from being the first person to welcome you
into the office, registering new clients, scheduling appointments, learning to develop my skills to listen to the client and satisfy all their needs, directing and ordering the agenda so that the technicians can attend their work, follow up on all jobs to make sure they were completed, managed supervisor itinerary and appointments and streamlined scheduling procedures, organized spaces, materials and catering support for internal and client-focused meetings. In addition, I am responsible for all the inventory of electrical appliance parts that technicians need for repairs, which forces me to constantly update the stock and inform our suppliers through reports of the products that are needed.
The AuPair Experience is a cultural exchange job where you live and work with a host family.
