I am a hard worker, and I always try to put my best effort into anything I do when given an assignment or particular task at work. I've been told that I am a very diligent worker with an amazing work ethic. I believe that these statements accurately define who I am in a work place setting. Certain qualities I value the most would include being on time, the initiative to learn new things, as well as attendance. I feel as though I have the right amount of inter-personal skills to assess certain situations such as conflicts, and normal day-to-day interactions between my fellow co-workers and to management. I would also like to include that I am used to doing heavy lifting, and extensive labor, because I would always help my father when he would require my assistance with his lawn care business during the spring/summer months.
