Care & Connections Pastor:

Fellowship Bible Church — [July 2024-Present]

• Lead and care for people in some of their hardest seasons—walking with them through crisis, grief, addiction, marriage struggles, and everything in between
• Oversee and develop our care ministry so people don’t fall through the cracks, helping connect them to the right care, counseling, or support at the right time
• Build and lead teams of deacons and volunteers, equipping them to care for others with both truth and compassion
• Help start and grow our Biblical Counseling ministry, creating a clear pathway for people to receive intentional, gospel-centered care
• Launched and now lead Re:generation, a gospel-centered recovery ministry, helping people find freedom and healing through Christ in the context of biblical community
• Sit with people one-on-one in counseling and crisis moments, pointing them to Jesus while also helping them take real, practical next steps

Care & Connections Resident:

Fellowship Bible Church — [August 2022-July 2024]

• Served as primary staff liaison for the Diaconate team, coordinating care efforts and ensuring alignment across church leadership and member needs
• Led response to crisis situations (hospitalizations, grief, relational breakdown, and spiritual care needs), providing pastoral guidance and stabilizing care pathways for individuals and families
• Oversaw the development and implementation of a newly established Biblical Counseling ministry, creating structure, processes, and pathways for care and follow-up
• Provided one-on-one pastoral counseling and crisis intervention, equipping individuals with gospel-centered guidance and practical tools for growth and resilience

• Demonstrated product knowledge by recommending items, explaining features, and promoting sales
• Collaborated with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provided exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
