Patient Care Services Operations Manager that oversees the day-to-day operations of a 517- bed hospital with 259 direct reports. Some of my duties include: Evaluating staff performance, review and accelerate patient throughput, remove/eliminate throughput barriers in collaboration with the Discharge Lounge Team members and Director, sufficient hospital staffing, staff payroll review, correction, and completion, approving 29 patient units’ staff scheduling, reviewing operational budgets, optimize staffing to reduce facility costs, conflict resolution, data entry, monitoring performance, evaluating compliance, recruit, interview and train new staff, creating new processes and procedures, implementing new technology/equipment, maintaining inventory, reviewing patient records, and finding innovative ways to optimize best practices.

• Assist the Director in organizing unit level process improvements.

• Collaboratively work with the director to implement unit goals and objectives in congruence with the service goals, mission and vision.
