As a Trainer I am expected to be flexible and willing to move around to support other positions such as cold prep, hot prep, frontline service, online orders, and dishes as needed. As a result of this, I need to be fully knowledgeable of all of the positions in the store, I need to be quick footed, I need to keep calm under intense stress, I need to be knowledgeable in training new employees while upholding the store’s standards, and I need to be open to helping other Team Members learn/support their role while delegating myself between tasks. Additionally, I am responsible for understanding the major allergens and to be ready to accommodate customers who have allergies. All of the workers in the store are on their feet and are participating at all times. We have up to $20,000 days and have to work through constant food preparation as well as serving customers.
