  • My responsibilities at JCPenney started with a modest fitting room attendant role. I sorted and prepared clothing rejected by customers to be picked up and zoned by another team member.
  • I was assigned the duties of said theoretical team member soon thereafter. I learned the store's layout and returned items to their proper place. I organized said items to maximize visual appeal, and provide ease of access to customers.
  • Knowledge of store layout was applied to direct customers to location of desired item(s).
