Claralynne Hatch

As a facility manager I oversaw a staff of 21 lifeguards and front desk employees for the Founders Ridgehouse HOA community. Responsibilities included creating the schedule, coordinating events, maintaining facility cleanliness, scheduling swim lessons, and ensuring the safety of all residence in and out of the pool.

I currently work as a child care worker at redemption fellowship as a nursery leader and children's ministry teacher. I coordinate lessons and have a role for early development in nursery such as speech, reading, and writing.

I also provide babysitting for family, friends, and local residents of my neighborhood. I take care of children's naps, meals, entertainment, and safety.

While working at VillaSport Athlete club I was trusted to manage my own lessons. I took on private lessons, a mommy and me class, and group lessons from ages 2-10 years old. In this time I coordinated closely with parents, memorized the different learning styles of every child, and established lasting relationships with both parents and children.
