I am in charge of handling food, and making sure the quality of both service and product come out as expected. Collaborated with team members to efficiently serve large crowds during peak event times.

I have mandatory inventory for the equipment in maintenance. I answer the phone for whoever needed a certain part or if their was a problem waiting to get resolved. I use Microsoft and other computer software for managing data. I put parts away to their stationed area. I quickly and efficiently make kits for certain jobs that are planned to be coming up.

I was in charge of making sure product that was going to be used was in good shape for use. I used computer software to jot down all defects, and end result of every product batch to ensure quality product.
