Managing, monitoring, analyzing, formulating, evaluating and leading administrative programs for Homeland Security Investigations Attaché, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Muscat. Regional support responsibility for the three HSI offices.
Executing and ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and integrity of the HSI financial management program that pertains to the HSI Attaché office: formulation and development of the organizations’ overall budgets and spending plans.
Tracking and monitoring budget obligations and expenditures, routine budget analysis, collection, interpretation and subsequent effective use of fiscal data, budget reporting, budget preparation and routine budget programming for the three HSI offices.
Analyzing expenditures and advise the Attache and the sub-offices in Doha and Muscat of any anticipated shortfalls or significant overages to the budget.
Serving as Management Analyst/Office and HR Administrator by providing expert advise and guidance regarding all administrative matters and systems such as, but not limited to budget, procurement, travel, training, time and attendance, property administration, GOVs, reports administration, country clearances and on various types of applicable benefits and allowances for USDH and FSNs for the three HSI offices.
Responsible for archiving investigative files, properly handling, storing, and disposing of all current and historic files/records in accordance with applicable laws, policies and regulations.
Primary administrative liaison between the DHS/ HSI Attaché offices and relevant offices within the HSI headquarters and the Department of State (DOS) Embassy Offices.
Serving as Property Custodian and is responsible for Property Management for the DHS/HSI Attache office in Abu Dhabi and regional Doha and Muscat offices.
Coordinating annual inventories of sensitive equipment, general office equipment and GOVs and reconciles inventories through Sunflower (SAMS) automated software system with supervisory certification.
Serving as the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card Issuance Facility Manager (PCIF) for all DHS/HSI employees in the Gulf Region and Northern Africa.
Provides support as required by the DHS/HSI Attaché Abu Dhabi. Currently assigned other duties include Post Cooperative Support Services (ICASS) Budget Committee member, floor warden for emergency evacuations, fires, threats, natural disasters and hazmat accidents.
Responsible for processing Education Allowances for all DHS/HSI employees in the area.
