Proven multitasker and team player, I excelled at McDonald's by enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient order handling and maintaining cleanliness. At Loves Travel Stop, I tailored tire solutions to drivers' needs, showcasing my customer service and problem-solving skills. Achieved a seamless transition from Tech One to Tech Two, demonstrating rapid learning and adaptability.
Worked in Ripley, WV as a sales associate for six months before taking a year off due to family matters. Currently, I am employed at the Spencer store. I help individuals such as commercial clients, regular customers, and new potential customers by serving their needs, either through detailing, auto maintenance, or auto body work.
Working in the tire care department, I assisted semi-truck drivers by offering a tire based on weather conditions and price affordability, tailored to the customers' needs. I changed tires in the shop or roadside assistance. I worked my way up from Tech One to Tech Two before I had no way to get to and from work because of my car accident.
I would set out to tend wells with a three-man crew on occasion in order to swab out paraffin stuck in wells and change out piping that, in most cases, was 2,000 feet down by using a rig that hoists up the pipe with a claw, and after all was pulled, it was replaced with new pipe. On other days, we would tend to the wells by maintaining the grass and making sure the motors were in tip-top shape.
Moved glass on an assembly line and stacked on top of each other with gaskets in between before filling with argon.
Either I was working on rental property, painting, and/or maintaining yard work or appliances. Other days, we would be moving trailers and setting them up for individuals or new trailer park tenants.
