Responsible for developing, implementing, and training NYS approved curriculum to students; create lesson plans as well as other training materials; oversee hands-on security drills and exercises; provide performance feedback and increase new security officer proficiency.

Prepare the teaching area for each class and return equipment to storage after classes; demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients; create personal training experiences for clients; build and establish relationships with members and guests to help in pursuit of fitness goals; wipe down exercise mats, weights, and equipment before and after use.

Performed a variety of customer service-related duties which included providing information on bookstore products, handling returns/exchanges and assisting customers with purchases; cash handling, credit card transactions, and data entry in a computerized database; handled a high volume of calls regarding customer inquiries, resolved transaction issues and handled complaints; provided excellent customer service to all patrons.
