As a legal Account Representative my duties were to make and receive calls to and from individuals that had a 3 month or more past due Account with a certain company. Our main goal was to help them get back on track with their accounts before it was charge off and avoid possible law suit. Arrange payment plans. Negotiate with 3rd parties who would hire a Debt consultant companies to arrange a payment plan that would better suit them.
