I am a relationship oriented family man who has been married since 1992 with two grandchildren. I love to travel and learn and I love challenging work that requires pragmatic problem solving and team building. I have created and implemented business processes from the ground up beginning by initially managing one team at one location and growing it up to 18 locations and teams across large geographic regions in two non contiguous states.
I have developed and organized charity work helping promote safety and business ethics in the tattoo community in Cuba through my charity Amigo Tattoo.
