- Result-focused leadership was a significant factor in transforming the squadron's overall engagement with CAP's mission as a total force partner and auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force, as evident by the achievement of Quality Cadet Unit Awards for the last five consecutive years and the first Cadet to receive their private pilot license completely funded through the CAP Wings program while the Cadet was still in high school.
- Demonstrated commitment to strategic priorities and values for authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion, resulting in a diversity and inclusion certification from Cornell University. - Established and executed one of the longest Title III (electronic surveillance) operations in the Secret Service history related to an international counterfeiting investigation resulting in numerous arrests and seizures of assets violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
