Collaborated with other CAP units and Group Commanders, resulting in two Cadets earning the highest achievement award and appointments to four military service academies, the first time Cadets reached those pinnacles achievements at the Redbird Composite Squadron.
  • Result-focused leadership was a significant factor in transforming the squadron's overall engagement with CAP's mission as a total force partner and auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force, as evident by the achievement of Quality Cadet Unit Awards for the last five consecutive years and the first Cadet to receive their private pilot license completely funded through the CAP Wings program while the Cadet was still in high school.
  • Demonstrated commitment to strategic priorities and values for authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion, resulting in a diversity and inclusion certification from Cornell University. Service as an instructor for Volunteer University for 35,000 adult members motivated certification of the CAP's highest executive leadership training and subsequent appointment as the Diversity Officer for the Texas Wing in 2024.   • Directed annual property inventory and inspections of IRMD high-value items totaling over $100 million.
  • Coordinated and leveraged relationships with essential investigative and protective division stakeholders to ensure timely critical technology application, integration, and maintenance operations were implemented to ensure continuity within the agency's overall congressional missions.
  • Managed support and operation of IRMD's new mission initiative, which is relevant to transforming the legacy platform into a modern Information Technology (I.T.) infrastructure operation across the United States Service's 136 offices' enterprise and global communication network systems.

  • Supervised all federal criminal investigations of counterfeiting U.S. Currency violations within the National Capital Region (NCR) from WFO, the largest field office of the United States Secret Service.
  • Managed and approved all protective resources that created highly effective security plans based on evaluating protective intelligence for the First Lady of the United States' movements and events outside the White House Complex within the NCR.
  • Established and executed one of the longest Title III (electronic surveillance) operations in the Secret Service history related to an international counterfeiting investigation resulting in numerous arrests and seizures of assets violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
  • Led numerous secure conferences high-level briefings related to the RICO investigation to produce win-win situations aligned with multiple key officials within the United States Secret Service, Department of Justice, and Department of Homeland Security, and other state and local agencies resulting in the convictions of the criminal network primary leaders responsible for 86+ millions of counterfeits $100 Federal Reserve Notes globally since 1999. Earned the Department of Homeland Secretary's Award for Excellence for managing the RICO federal operation.

  • Directed physical protective, manpower and protective supervision on domestic and international trips as the Detail Leader for a senior advisor to President Obama.
  • Crisis management of the JOC during several actual incidents and emergencies at the White House and other Secret Service-controlled facilities within the NCR, achieving coveted continuity training consistent with the Presidential Succession Act.
  • Assumed command and control of the forward mobile command post in Afghanistan after traveling onboard Air Force One into that combat zone with President Obama in 2010, selection based on previous tactical training and special weapon experiences received as a member of the Secret Service elite Counter Assault Team.
  • Led deployment of high technology assets and realignment of special agents and uniform division officers assigned to the largest section on the PPD after the automatic weapon attack on the White House on November 11, 2011.
